I am an artist and the director of the Williamson Street Art Center (willyart.net) which specializes in local and international community art projects and artist-in-residency programs. In 2014, I founded a countywide mural program, Dane Arts Mural Arts (daneartsmuralarts.org) intended to prepare artists to work as community change agents, making a positive difference for neighborhoods and especially young people. Recently I have returned to my roots as a studio trained artist, finally inhabiting the studio at the rear of my garden. I periodically host open houses, but anyone is free to wander the gardens behind the Williamson Street Art Center.
